At RPM Sussex, we bring performance tuning, vehicle styling and everyday maintenance together at our Broadbridge Heath workshop. With 4+ years in business and hundreds of cars tuned, we help owners get more from the cars they enjoy.

From ECU and TCU remapping and Stage 1 and Stage 2 upgrades to body kit fitting, exhausts and performance parts, we can help shape your car around the way you want it to look and drive. Splitters, side skirts, diffusers and spoilers are all part of our workshop offering.

We also provide car and DSG servicing, diagnostics and vehicle coding, with specialist support for BMW, MINI and Volkswagen Group models. Our programming equipment includes Autotuner, Alientech KESS3 and Magic Motorsport FLEX, with OBD or bench programming selected to suit the vehicle.

BMW X4 M Competition in for Stage 1 ECU & Gearbox tuning! Powered by the 3.0L twin-turbo S58, producing an impressive 510 BHP from the factory. With our Stage 1 calibration, we’ve taken things a step further! 510 BHP → 575 BHP (+65 BHP) 600 Nm → 720 Nm (+120 Nm) Alongside the engine remap, we’ve calibrated the ZF 8-speed gearbox to complement the additional torque, improving shift response, gear changes and overall drivability. We’ve also completed the ECU unlock, allowing future compatible remapping directly through OBD without needing to remove the ECU again. Full pre- and post-tuning health checks completed, with everything performing as expected.Blend remap completed on this 2.2L Land Rover Defender!
