Originally planned for an OBD tune, but upon arrival, it required a bench map. We quickly adapted, removed the ECU, and completed the bench mapping process. A solid power boost—+46 BHP and +100Nm, bringing the final figures to 400 BHP and 600Nm.

This BMW M240i came in for a bench performance remap, with the customer looking for both power gains and improved fuel efficiency. They can expect around +80BHP and +100Nm, along with up to 5% better fuel economy.

The car also features a lovely aftermarket exhaust, which, paired with the remap, should enhance both performance and sound beautifully.

$Here, we carried out an EGR delete on a Seat Ibiza that was having ongoing EGR issues. The customer had it replaced a year ago, but the problem persisted. To save time and money, we mapped it out, providing a long-term solution at a fraction of the cost.$

Today, we completed a Stage 2 tune on this Polo GTI, building on its existing upgrades, which include an induction kit, Cobra exhaust, full body kit, and a carbon bonnet.

We’ll also be fitting an intercooler at a later stage to further improve heat management. Even with the current setup, this map delivers a substantial power increase, with an estimated 60 BHP and 80 Nm gain.

BMW 335d xDrive in for a performance remap and swirl flap delete. The customer wanted more power while also addressing some issues with the swirl flaps. They also opted for a TerraClean service to improve the vehicle’s overall system performance.

Today, we worked on a Ford Transit Custom, carrying out an ECU blend remap and an EGR delete. The customer wanted to improve performance while also preventing common EGR-related issues, such as carbon buildup and reduced efficiency.

With the blend remap, we optimised the ECU for a balance of power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring a noticeable improvement in drivability. The EGR delete eliminates the risk of valve failures and unnecessary recirculation of exhaust gases, leading to a cleaner-running engine and better long-term reliability.
