How It Works
The PedalBox XLR connects directly to the accelerator pedal's sensor. Instead of allowing the factory system to process the input as usual, the PedalBox refines and modifies the signal to ensure it reaches the engine faster and more efficiently.
The PedalBox adjusts the sensitivity and response of the throttle pedal based on the selected driving mode. It amplifies your input, sending a more immediate and sharper signal to the ECU, resulting in quicker engine response.
Using the PedalBox XLR’s intuitive controller, you can toggle between driving modes like Eco, Sport, Sport+, or even fine-tune your own custom setting. Each mode alters the signal processing to provide either a smoother or more aggressive throttle response, depending on your driving preferences.

How RaceChip XLR5 Works
The RaceChip XLR5 is installed between the throttle pedal sensor and the engine control unit. Depending on the XLR5’s tuning stage, it either amplifies or reduces the signals sent by the throttle pedal sensor in accordance with characteristics defined by our engineers. The effect is that you can choose how your car reacts to your throttle inputs.
2 Sport (S, S+) and 2 Race stages (R, R+) sharpen throttle response, speeding up the engine’s reaction times, making it as reactive as even a sportscar’s. 2 Eco stages (E, E+) slow down the engine’s reaction to movements of the throttle. In heavy city traffic and on long journeys, this can help you reduce fuel consumption. You can select N if you don’t want or need to use XLR5, and your car is back to stock tune.
