What we do on a build

We plan, supply, fit and set up the hardware and software so your car runs hard on track and lives well on the road.

Power & Cooling

  • Intercoolers (FMIC/TMIC): lower IATs, repeatable laps.
  • Intakes & chargepipes: smoother flow, stronger mid-range, no weak factory plastics.
  • Downpipes & cats: sports cat (road-legal) or track-only decat* with correct sensors/gaskets.
  • Exhaust systems & resonator solutions: sensible dB targets for your circuits.
  • Radiators & oil coolers: temperature stability, less heat-soak.
  • Heat management: turbo blankets, shields, wrap, high-temp hardware.
  • Reliability bits: plugs/coils, PCV/catch can, baffled sump, uprated mounts.

Handling & Suspension

  • Coilovers / spring–damper kits: set to your ride height and rake.
  • Adjustable top mounts / camber plates: dial in camber/caster properly.
  • ARBs & drop links: balance under/oversteer to taste.
  • Adjustable arms & bushings: poly/spherical where appropriate.
  • Corner-weighting: balanced cross-weights with driver weight.
  • Alignment & geometry: 4-wheel camber/caster/toe to fast-road or track specs, with printout.

Brakes

  • BBKs or OEM+ two-piece discs.
  • Track compounds: pad choice matched to your use (quiet road → aggressive track).
  • Braided lines & high-temp fluid.
  • Brake cooling ducts (where possible).
  • Bed-in procedure provided at handover.

Wheels & Tyres

  • Lightweight wheels, hub-centric spacers, stud conversions.
  • Track-suitable tyres with clear clearance/torque checks.

Software & Calibration

  • ECU maps: Stage 1/2/2+ and blend maps (economy + performance balance).
  • TCU maps: raise torque limits, faster/cleaner shift logic, launch/shift refinements (platform-dependent).
  • Health-check first: code scan, road test; OBD where possible, bench where required.
  • Viezu-developed calibrations: proven, reversible, MOT-sensible guidance.

Fitting & Setup standards

  • Clean installs: OEM-grade hardware, correct torque, tidy routing & heat protection.
  • Noise & MOT advice: we’ll target circuit dB limits and recommend the legal route first.
  • Documentation: spec/quote, progress photos, geometry printout (if applicable), bed-in & aftercare notes.
  • Support: WhatsApp follow-up and a post-track adjustment visit option.
