What we do on a build

We plan, supply, fit and set up the hardware and software so your car runs hard on track and lives well on the road.

Power & Cooling

  • Intercoolers (FMIC/TMIC): lower IATs, repeatable laps.
  • Intakes & chargepipes: smoother flow, stronger mid-range, no weak factory plastics.
  • Downpipes & cats: sports cat (road-legal) or track-only decat* with correct sensors/gaskets.
  • Exhaust systems & resonator solutions: sensible dB targets for your circuits.
  • Radiators & oil coolers: temperature stability, less heat-soak.
  • Heat management: turbo blankets, shields, wrap, high-temp hardware.

  • Viezu-developed calibrations: proven, reversible, MOT-sensible guidance.

Ford Fiesta in for a sports cat, performance map, and pops & bangs.
The customer wanted extra noise and a boost in performance. The sports cat freed up the exhaust flow, giving the car a sharper tone and more volume, while the map added noticeable power. With pops & bangs applied, the Fiesta now sounds much more aggressive and lively on throttle.Audi A5 in for a performance map. We applied our performance solution, giving the car an extra 50 BHP and 60 Nm of torque.Citroën Berlingo in for an AdBlue delete.
The AdBlue system was faulty — all components had already been replaced, but the issue still remained. We carried out a full AdBlue delete by bypassing and deactivating the entire system.AdBlue delete carried out on a Vauxhall Combo. The AdBlue system was faulty — despite all components having already been replaced, the issues persisted. The customer also wanted improved performance and fuel economy, so we applied a blend map, which offers a balance between power and efficiency. The AdBlue system was fully bypassed and deactivated as part of the solution.2017 Range Rover Evoque in for a glow plug replacement after cylinder one failed. The plug was heavily corroded and seized, but fortunately it came out without snapping — which is a common issue. We replaced it successfully, carried out a full service, and completed the MOTMercedes A180d in with us today for a TCU map. After pulling the diagrams from our technical database and checking against the vehicle, we found that the TCU is integrated within the gearbox. Accessing it would require full gearbox removal, so unfortunately we weren’t able to carry out the map.

We also attempted to bench the ECU, but it was locked — which is quite common on vehicles built after 2021 due to manufacturer security measures.

While the car was with us, we noticed the engine oil had been overfilled by around 1 litre from a previous garage. Overfilling can be harmful to the engine, so we drained the excess to bring it back to the correct level.
